Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Define and document software architecture across systems and platforms.
• Lead technical design discussions and guide development teams in implementing best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design scalable microservices or monolithic architectures depending on project needs.
• Conducted code reviews and ensured code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Troubleshot and resolved complex technical issues.
• Web application development, microservices, APIs, SOA.
• Experience with cloud implementation/integration/data engineering.
• Knowledge of industry-standard design patterns and multi-tier architecture.
• Experience with designing and implementing enterprise architecture at scale.
• Lead the translation of the client’s business requirements into solution design.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience (10+ years) in software development with strong design and coding skills.
• Hands-on experience with core programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, and .NET, with a solid grasp of object-oriented concepts, application architecture, and debugging techniques.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless, event-driven).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Ability to analyze and resolve integration issues independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
